These Terms govern your use of the Helix product, website and services provided by SFHL Innovations Private Limited ("Helix", "we", "us"). For US customers the contracting entity is NeuroNest LLC; otherwise it is SFHL Innovations Private Limited. By using the site, booking a call, or purchasing a pilot, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Helix is an AI operating system for businesses, offered as individual modules ("organs" — Brain/AI COO, Eyes/AiTrack, Reflexes/SecureMe, Voice/Reelay, Nerves/Workforce, Adaptation) and as a bundled suite. Specific scope, deliverables and any hardware are set out in your order, pilot agreement or statement of work.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page in your local currency (INR in India, USD elsewhere) and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Pilots are prepaid. Recurring plans are billed in advance for each term. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international); by paying you also accept the relevant processor's terms.
3. Subscriptions, term & cancellation
A pilot runs for its stated term (e.g. 35 days). You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security or licensing, resell it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Access is licensed, not sold, and remains active only while your subscription is paid.
5. Your data & intellectual property
You own the business data you connect; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We own the Helix platform, software, models, prompts and methodology. Deliverables specifically assigned in a signed order transfer to you on full payment; underlying technology and pre-existing IP remain ours. Use of the service is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
