Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Helix made through helix.sfhl.space and operated by SFHL Innovations Private Limited (NeuroNest LLC for US customers).

1. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing helix@thinkmpi.com. Cancellation stops all future billing; it takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

2. "First win or free" on the Brain pilot

If your Brain (AI COO) pilot does not produce a first useful result within its term, the pilot fee is fully refunded — just tell us within 7 days of the term ending. This is our core promise; we'd rather refund than leave you unconvinced.

3. Other pilots & subscriptions

Pilots are prepaid and the current term is otherwise non-refundable once work has begun, because we commit setup and calibration effort up front. If something went wrong on our side, contact us — we resolve it fairly, including a pro-rata or full refund where warranted.

4. Failed, duplicate or erroneous charges

Any failed, duplicate, or clearly erroneous transaction is refunded in full. Email us with the payment reference and we'll process it.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the original processor (Razorpay or PayPal), typically within 5–7 business days, subject to the processor's and your bank's timelines. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction.

6. Hardware

Any hardware (e.g. Eyes/AiTrack or Reflexes/SecureMe devices) is quoted and invoiced separately, and is subject to the return terms stated on that specific order.
