This Privacy Policy explains how SFHL Innovations Private Limited ("Helix", "we", "us"), the company that operates the Helix product and the website at helix.sfhl.space, collects, uses, shares and protects your information. For customers in the United States, Helix is sold by NeuroNest LLC under the same practices.

1. Information we collect

• Contact & enquiry data you submit — name, work email, company, and the message or business details you share when you request a sample, book a call, or contact us.
• Payment data when you buy a pilot — processed by our payment partners (Razorpay in India, PayPal elsewhere). We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Operating data for active customers — the venture, vendor, task and decision data you choose to connect, used solely to run your own operating cockpit. This stays isolated to your tenant.
• Usage data — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) about page visits. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver and operate the service you paid for, process payments and activate licences, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum data needed with vetted processors: Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics), and Microsoft (scheduling and meetings). Each processes data under its own terms and applicable data-protection law.

4. Data security & location

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and per-tenant isolation. Operating data for the cockpit can be kept on infrastructure that meets your residency requirements. Payment credentials are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, GDPR/CCPA, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email helix@thinkmpi.com.
